SHIPPING POLICY
At Teresa's, we offer free standard shipping for all orders over $150 within the US and International. For orders under $150, we charge a flat rate of $5.99 within the US and $30.35 International. We also offer express shipping for an additional fee. All our items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order before shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Teresa's. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at returns@teresasjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
